    Sales Account Partner

    Responsibilities

    • Increase market share by achieving set target through the acquisition of new accounts as well as development and maintenance of current accounts.
    • Account for the fulfilment of the sales process – from lead generation to bill delivery.
    • Seek new clients and create more business opportunities daily, from existing clients to Increase company revenue.
    • Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income using the data mining system.
    • Carry out continuous analysis of relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department
    • Prepare and present all corporate sales (weekly and monthly), contractual documentation and status reports according to Company’s quality standards.

    • Log all customer requests for service, queries, and complaints, escalate and troubleshoot where necessary.
    • Build an in-depth knowledge of the customers’ operating environment, business drivers, ambition, issues, problems, and obstacles to develop and implement solutions to meet their strategic corporate needs
    • Maintain excellent partnership-relationships with customers, based on trust and an in-depth understanding of the customers’ business
    • Assist customers in understanding the value proposition and differentiations of the Company’s data products and services.
    • Ability to liaise with supervisors on discount issues
    • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
    • Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with VB and values.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
    • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Sales, Customer Service and Client engagement; with experience working with others
    • Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Not more than 35 Years of age

    Salary
    N87,000 net + other benefits.

    Benchmark & Measurement Engineer

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
    Industry: Telecoms

    Responsibiliites

    • Manage and analyze benchmark drive test for the QoSQoE field measurements conducted by 3rd party vendors.
    • Generate comparative analysis reports from vendors drive test activities.
    • Network Performance analysis and trending; reported to the relevant units for necessary actions.
    • Investigate Network related exceptions and give relevant recommendations for network QoEQoS improvement.
    • Carry out competitive Networking benchmarking test analysis with recommendation and coordinate activities ensure competitive edge Performance.
    • Proactively and reactively measure and report end-user perceived service quality and provide a basis to drive improved experience.
    • Relating with the Radio Planning and Optimization team, ensure that all radio related issues are resolved and timely
    • Engage with Managed Service Vendors to deliver improved Customer Experience
    • Liaise with Customer Experience on the Network related components of the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    • Engage with Customer Relations (CR), ensuring that network related customer feedback is resolved and closed
    • Relating with the Radio Planning and Optimization team, ensure that all radio related issues are resolved and timely
    • Follow up with network complaints to ensure faster resolution of service quality issue and customer complaint calls.
    • Ensure NPS and Customer Experience Index improvement as agreed by the business.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc and a minimum of 3 years experience in an area of specialisation; with experience working with others
    • Experience working in a medium organization
    • Experience on 2G and 3G radio optimization.
    • LTE optimization and multi-vendor experience is an added advantage
    • Expert knowledge on 2G and 3G drive test analysis and reporting using TEMS investigation and discovery software. Knowledge on LTE drive test is an added advantage.
    • Experience on Network performance analysis trending and reporting in a Managed Services environment or setup.
    • Capable of leading process analysis and providing objective feedback on areas of improvement.

    Salary
    N162,000 monthly
