    Business Development Executive

    Role Summary

    The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and closing deals for Procurely’s procurement services.

    This is a performance-driven role with strong emphasis on revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, corporates, individuals)
    • Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, and networking
    • Present Procurely’s service offering clearly and professionally
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful delivery

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to close deals or generate revenue
    • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
    • Comfortable with direct client engagement (calls, meetings, WhatsApp, etc.)
    • Background in sales, real estate, procurement, or B2B services is an advantage

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of deals closed
    • Revenue generated
    • Value of active pipeline
    • Conversion rate from lead to client

    Compensation Structure

    • Base Salary: Per Month (to support mobility and basic expenses)
    • Commission: % of profit on closed deals
    • Performance Bonus: Additional incentives tied to monthly or quarterly targets

    This role is designed to reward high performance, with significant upside for strong closers.
