    Revenue Enablement Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are excited to continue building our remote first team with incredible people like you!
    • The Revenue Enablement Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end Enablement support to Account Executives and Enterprise Sales Executives at Andela. This role will report directly to the Head of Revenue Enablement.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the Onboarding Program Manager and key team members to develop a world class onboarding program. Including development and execution of a comprehensive certification program.
    • Set clear onboarding goals and metrics for new sales reps.
    • Ensure all salespeople can comfortably speak to Andela’s core capabilities and services.
    • Provide coaching and ongoing development opportunities to sales reps using call intelligence tools
    • Getting the most possible ROI out of our rep-facing tool stack, by managing the adoption and optimal usage of enablement and productivity tools.
    • Work with Product Marketing to enable reps to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors.
    • Ensure that reps have all necessary content and training materials needed in order to effectively execute their roles, including the development and maintenance of a comprehensive Sales playbook
    • Partner with RevOps on continued enablement for Salesforce and other tools updates
    • Assist with additional Enablement projects as necessary (example: Sales Kick-Off planning, End of Quarter celebrations, etc.)

    Requirements
    Desired Skills:

    • Three+ years of experience working in either a quota carrying sales role or enablement role
    • Highly detail oriented, demonstrates strong organizational skills
    • Experience working in rapidly changing and dynamic environments
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
    • Hands-on experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Showpad, Seismic, Highspot, etc.) a plus
    • Deep empathy for people and process development.

    Manager, Revenue Strategy

    About the Role 

    • As the Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll work to set goals and lead planning initiatives to maximize revenue growth.

    Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

    Your Role

    • Andela is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead all aspects of marketing operations to ensure the platforms, tools and processes are in place to generate, capture, and nurture demand for both our prospective client and talent audiences.
    • The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent cross-functional project management skills, a deep understanding of marketing operations best practices, and a track record of designing and implementing effective and scalable marketing processes and systems.
    • You'll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Data, Product, and Talent and Client business units to evolve and optimize marketing technology and automation strategies and programs.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Own the martech stack, including Marketo, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and future technologies, (ABM and attribution).
    • Define business analytics and work with team to maintain Marketo and Salesforce dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, and overall pipeline and revenue performance.
    • Work closely with the Revenue Operations to identify and plug gaps in current processes, systems, and reporting.
    • Build, maintain, and implement best practices for marketing automation and demand generation in campaign management, lead routing, processes, and data integrity.
    • Optimize lead scoring and routing to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development, and increase efficiencies and conversion rates.
    • Hands-on: build out campaigns in SFDC & MKTO to support our marketing efforts, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Key Deliverables

    • In the first 30 days you have familiarized yourself with our current MarTech stack, understood how systems have been setup, will have created a centralized MOPs playbook, and will have updated our campaign templates.
    • In the first 60 days will have produced a MarketingOps roadmap, will have taken control of the backlog, and will be fully responsible for our infrastructure, and making improvements with to it with our RevOps team.
    • In the first 90 days, will have improved our reporting capabilities, and will have introduced new new tools to our stack.

    Qualifiations

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations management.
    • Experience with Salesforce reporting and Marketo certified.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making

    About the Role

    • The Vice President of Growth Marketing will be responsible for defining a company-wide growth plan, working cross-functionally to deliver on the growth plan, and continually optimizing to reduce CAC while maximizing revenue.

    Business Delivery Partner, Talent / Client Business Unit

    About the Role

    Engineering Matching Specialist

    About the Role

    • Andela is seeking to expand the SMB/Enterprise Matching Specialist team within Engineering Vertical that plays a critical role in the process of connecting our customers with the very best engineers in Andela’s talent network for their needs.
    • The team lies in the Talent Business Unit of Andela that is in charge of facilitating the entire journey of talents from top-of-the-funnel, sourcing, assessment, to matching them with clients and jobs, as well as community activities, and ensuring great talent experience in each step of the process.
    • In this role, you will sit at the nexus of the Talent Unit and be the key link between the talents from the network and customers.
    • The Matching Specialist team is specifically in charge of matching clients/jobs and talents from the network through a number of activities including:
      • Client-facing activities such as gathering, documenting, and communicating client requirements based on their business, technical, cultural, and resourcing needs
      • Talent-facing activities such as searching, identifying, vetting, and placing the best qualified Andela engineer(s) to meet those needs.
      • A set of other activities that support the whole Matching process
    • Matching Specialist need to have a wide knowledge and some hands-on experience in technology and be up to date with all technologies, engineering concepts, and have an understanding of the engineering lifecycle in each area (e.g. full-stack, Data Engineering, DevOps, CloudOps, QA, etc) in order to be able and competent to discuss, and understand client’s needs, be able to advise on pros and cons of different solutions and give guidance on hiring strategies, as well as set the right expectations regarding feasibility, budget, timelines and turnaround times.
    • You will also use this knowledge to properly search for talents (using our internal tools), and evaluate their suitability for the role, prep them and support them throughout the interview process.
    • In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for handling your portfolio of open jobs, pushing them through the funnel, updating all the systems with accurate information, and collaborating with many different teams in order to deliver on that.

    Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the entire Matching Process from gathering requirements to placing an engineer on the job
    • Understand customer’s needs and be able to effectively craft and convey the best solution that fits their unique needs, including advising on likely resourcing strategies, expected timelines, and any talent-related constraints
    • Translate business and functional requirements from clients into documented technical specifications to aid in matching clients with the appropriate engineers
    • Own resourcing logistics and matchmaking, while providing insight into the process to relevant teams
    • Provide transparency on the availability of our engineers to revenue-driving teams and collaborate closely with recruiters to proactively bolster available talent with in-demand skills
    • When talent supply is unavailable, partner with recruiting team to strategize the best solution
    • Develop a deep understanding of engineers currently available, including their technical abilities, prior industry experience, and growth desires
    • Ensure 100% data accuracy in Andela’s systems around engineer profiles, availability, and engagements
    • Conduct informational and pre-vetting sessions with engineers concerning the placement and resourcing process
    • Perform activities related to supporting customer accounts, and engagements including preparation, onboarding, delivery management
    • Actively participate in driving growth to Andela’s network and customer accounts
    • Take part in creating and improving the team’s processes, policies, platform support
    • Maintain deep awareness of trends in software development and standard methodologies in distributed work

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Four-year Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Computer Science
    • 4+ years of experience working in software development, technology consulting, or technical product/project management
    • Understanding of the entire SDLC/ADLC in different areas of Technology
    • Familiarity with technology concepts including, but not limited to: cloud computing, mobile, applications design/development/hosting, DevOps, IoT, databases, analytics, machine learning, algorithms, networking, security, storage, continuous integration and deployment, APIs, microservices, containerization, and site reliability engineering
    • [For Ent team] 2+ years in Enterprise client-facing, operationally-focused role, ideally interacting with mid-to senior-level technology executives

    Responsibilities

    • Once our engineers are vetted and approved for the Andela Talent Network, a Profile Creator will work with them on their profile, filling in all the technical details.
    • You will be responsible for the bigger picture: ensuring that the profiles accurately reflect engineers’ skills and career trajectories while highlighting the projects they are proud of and what makes them unique.
    • You will employ a variety of methods, including interviews, questionnaires, and independent research.
    • In this role, you will work remotely in a distributed company and help a small team keep their quality at the highest level.
    • We also expect you to contribute actively with your ideas, improve our styling guidelines, and actively contribute to the development of the team’s glossary of technical terms.
    • With more experience, we expect you to become a subject matter expert on profile components, assist with the onboarding of new team members, and help the profile editing team support other projects and teams across Andela.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, English Writing, Linguistics, or related field is a plus.
    • A precise and aesthetic eye and attention to detail.  
    • Excellent foundational knowledge in English grammar and writing mechanics.
    • Ability to edit written English material to a style guide, ideally in a professional or academic setting. 
    • Experience with resume writing is a plus.
    • Technical and engineering terminology fluency; you don’t have to be an engineer, but speaking the language is a plus.
    • Humble and willing to learn/grow. We need confident and capable people who want to help each other succeed as much as they want to help our talent succeed.
    • This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. 

    Expectations
    In the first week:

    • Onboard and integrate into Andela.
    • Learn about Andela’s existing product suite.
    • Become acquainted with your area of focus, peers, and stakeholders.

    In the first month:

    • Focus on learning technical and engineering jargon.
    • Start adding content to our existing profiles to get familiar with our environment.
    • Evolve from shadowing assessment interviews to get better insights into our assessment process.

    In the first three months:

    • Finish training in profile creation and be able to do unsupervised profile creations.
    • Fully embed yourself in your team and Contribute actively in team meetings.
    • Understand Andela’s assessment processes and propose new ways to scale editing processes.
    • Establish yourself as a well-known, key player within the team, and Andela.

    In the first six months:

    • Progress from absorbing information from subject matter experts to providing expertise yourself, actively answering questions on the Talent Network channels, and advising engineers on ways to improve and optimize their profiles.

    In the first year:

    • Become a subject matter expert on profile components and assist with the on-boarding of new team members.
    • Help the profile editing team to support other projects and teams across Andela.
