As the Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll work to set goals and lead planning initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
You will work with senior management, Finance, and Sales on financial planning, revenue forecasting, and other critical projects to support future growth.
Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Own forecasting for the Revenue team
Partner with Sales Leadership to build annual and quarterly growth plans
Provide insights to the Sales Leadership
Partner with the Revenue Operations team on maintenance of Salesforce CRM and general operations
Work in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to design and implement reporting and dashboards in Looker
Collaborate with Finance for monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
Requirements
5+ years experience in Finance or Business/Sales Operations, preferably in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to to identify and share key insights
Management or experience mentoring
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
Business partnership experience with executives and upper management
Experience with SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets.
