We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Graduate Trainee Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. This role is designed to help fresh graduates on property sales, client engagement, site inspections, and closing deals while building a solid career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and selling residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms
• Attend site inspections with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accurate information on property prices, locations, and payment plans
• Support senior sales executives during negotiations and deal closures
• Maintain proper records of clients, prospects, and sales activities
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• NYSC completed or exemption letter (where applicable)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, presentable, and confident
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work weekends when required
