    Restaurant Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and hospitable Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations.
    • You will be the cornerstone of our establishment, bridging the gap between staff, customers, and ownership to ensure seamless service, high profitability, and an exceptional guest experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including opening/closing procedures and facility maintenance.
    • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team.
    • Financial Control: Monitor budgets, control operational costs (COGS and labor), and identify ways to reduce waste and maximize revenue.

    Cashier

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a trustworthy and friendly Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
    • The ideal candidate will be the "face" of our café, ensuring a positive first impression and a smooth checkout process.

    Responsibilities

    • Transaction Management:Process cash, card, and transfer payments using the POS system.
    • Customer Greeting:Welcome customers as they arrive and provide them with menus or information on specials.
    • Order Taking:Accurately input food and drink orders into the system and communicate them to the kitchen.
    • Account Reconciliation:Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of every shift and report any discrepancies.
