• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirement:

• BSC Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
• Experience 3-5 years in similar role
• Experience in Real Estate Marketing space is a plus.
• High proficiency in English Language (other languages a plus)
• Experience in creative, marketing, content development, client service, project management, Public Relation, proposal and business plan writing skills
• Must be articulated, have good charisma, proactive, creative, intelligent, courageous and confident, cultured and hospitable.

Job Role

• Conduct in-depth research on various blockchain projects.
• Work directly with the top management.
• Network with the top blockchain projects all over the world.
• Work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Research and learn best practices for blockchain analysis and then use that information to write research reports.
• Prepare detailed comparisons, research pieces and gap analysis reports of a variety of blockchain projects.

Requirements:

• Strong software development background
• Experience working with large codebases
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript {l
• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with basic cryptography
• Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code
• Good decision-making, consensus building, and conflict management
