    Professional Waiter

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Summary

    • We are recruiting waiters and waitresses who have the endurance to wait on tables for an extended period of time and have the patience to deal with difficult customers.
    • The ideal fit is one who is customer centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and escort customers to their tables
    • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
    • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
    • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
    • Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
    • Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information with restaurant patrons
    • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
    • Take and serve accurate food and drink orders
    • Communicate order details to the kitchen Staff
    • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
    • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
    • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
    • Follow all relevant health department regulations
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess 2 years work experience.

    • Endurance to walk and stand for long hours

    Salary
    N45,000 monthly.

    Grill Chef

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Summary

    • We are seeking to hire a grill chef to create meals in accordance with customers' preferences and established recipes.
    • As the grill cook your responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing waitstaff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift.
    • You would also be required to monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.
    • We expect you to be an even temperament leader that will organize the kitchen’s activities, be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean, Cut, shred, tenderize, marinate, skewer, braise, and grill meat and vegetables
    • Prepare and grill requested food items according to customers’ specifications and preset recipes
    • Check that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
    • Regulate temperature of grills and roasters
    • Ensure that the grill station remains clean and orderly at all times
    • Clean and disinfect grilling and broiling equipment after use
    • Inform the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement
    • Track inventory to ensure there are adequate supplies at all times and to avoid stock out
    • Ensure and confirm that all supplied items are of good quality and accurate quantity
    • Ensure that meals are prepared within set prep times
    • Ensure that the approved order process is adhered to.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma
    • 1 year work experience
    • Must live within Lagos Island
    • Prior experience as a cook, with a focus on grilling
    • Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines
    • Excellent organizational and kitchen management abilities
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
    • Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).

    Salary
    N60,000 Monthly.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for creating innovative & exciting methods to engage and manage the CcHUB Community.
    • The community Manager will identify and thoroughly understand the various groups of the CcHUB Community and will drive the awareness of CcHUB projects through creative, clear and compelling methods.

    Responsibilities

    • Launch & Identify community initiatives that will keep the community engaged.
    • Implement social media & communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
    • Provide engaging text, image & video content for social media accounts.

    • Understand & communicate effectively the CcHUB story.
    • Manage the physical space of CcHUB community to fit the purposes & users.
    • Understand & amplify the total customer experience.
    • Produce bi monthly reports on community trends including but not limited to data on number of event, type of event, & number of attendees at such events.
    • Maintain the content calendar and ensure it is regular, relevant & up to date.
    • Monitor & report on feedback/online reviews, and also liaise with management to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
    • Build relationships with customers, potential customers and industry professionals.
    • Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned by senior management.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Degree in Communications or English, or relevant field.
    • Proven work experience as a community manager.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Great attitude & personality, and must be patient.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Cutting edge interest in social media and must be abreast of its fast changing nature.
    • Social self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial, and enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
