    Personal Assistant

    Role Summary:

    • The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Company Secretary. The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth coordination of official activities, effective communication, and proper management of the Company Secretary’s office to support the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Secretary to ensure efficient daily operations.
    • Maintain a productive, organized, and conducive work environment within the Company Secretary’s office.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and official correspondence on behalf of the Company Secretary.
    • Accompany the Company Secretary to official meetings when required and accurately record minutes of meetings.
    • Coordinate and manage officially delegated communications across departments and with relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company Secretary.

    Other Requirements

    • At least 2 years experience
    • Minimum HND Qualification in any field
    • Proficiency using Video Conferencing Tools and Microsoft Suite

    Call Center Agent

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Meet daily and monthly performance targets and service standards.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use customer management systems.
