    National Sales Manager

    Summary

    • The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for overseeing the sales operations across a country or region. 
    • The role involves managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the company's products or services are effectively sold to meet the business goals.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor the national sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to enhance team skills.

    Education Requirements

    Experience Required:
    Industry Experience:

    • Typically 5+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
    • Prior experience in sales within the relevant industry (e.g., consumer goods, Manufacturing, pharmaceuticals) is highly beneficial.
    • Sales Leadership Experience: Experience managing a national or regional sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related tools to track performance and manage leads.
