    Mixologist

    Responsibilties

    • You will craft quality cocktails and other beverages to enhance the dining experience of patrons at bars, restaurants, or other hospitality establishments.
    • You will be well-versed in the art of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customers’ preferences among other functions like:
      • Understanding and executing traditional and new drink recipes
      • Creating innovative cocktails with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation
      • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or personal judgment
      • Providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving customers
      • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
      • Staying updated on current beverage trends and making appropriate recommendations to guests
      • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to all safety and health regulations
      • Checking customers’ identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age.

    Head Chef

    Summary

    • We need a culinary expert tooversees the operations and staff of our restaurant.
    • Their duties include creating and maintaining a kitchen’s budget, assigning tasks to other Chefs and ensuring customer satisfaction by expediently dealing with any issues that may arise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
    • Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes.
    • Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that they supply quality goods at affordable prices
    • Managing the inventory and ordering stock as needed.
    • Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen equipment and organising repairs when needed.
    • Handling staff issues, such as sick leave and attendance, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
    • Developing new dishes and overhauling menus to attract more clientele.
    • Ensuring that guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 8 years experience.
