    Associate Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple client projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, iteration, and performance tracking.
    • This role is suited to an early-career product professional who is comfortable working in a services environment and eager to build strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support product discovery activities, including user research, client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis.
    • Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
    • Support backlog creation, grooming, and prioritisation in collaboration with senior product and delivery leads.
    • Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Track product progress and performance against agreed milestones and success metrics.
    • Support testing, quality assurance, product releases, and handover to clients.
    • Prepare product documentation, demos, and internal or client-facing reports.
    • Ensure alignment between client objectives, delivery scope, and Techbeaver’s internal standards.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
    • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or a related role.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging client stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyse problems, structure requirements, and think from a user- and value-driven perspective.
    • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Experience working in a software agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear, or Figma.
    • Exposure to startup, fintech, health-tech, or platform-based products.
    • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

    • Reports to: Product Lead / Chief Technology Officer
    • Works closely with: Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Stakeholders.

    Backend / Full-Stack Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining backend services and frontend integrations across client products.
    • The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, contribute across the full technology stack, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional, client-facing teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and supporting frontend integrations.
    • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time communication services (WebSocket / Socket.IO).
    • Design and optimise database schemas, queries, transactions, and data models.
    • Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance systems in line with best practices.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
    • Manage source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve development and production issues.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Contribute to technical decision-making, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Strong backend development experience using Golang and/or Node.js (TypeScript is a strong plus).
    • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including transactions and stored procedures.
    • Experience with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket / Socket.IO.
    • Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
    • Experience implementing CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
    • Hands-on experience with Docker, containers, and container-based deployments.
    • Practical experience deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer.
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system thinking skills.

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Experience working in a dev shop, agency, or consultancy environment.
    • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and scalable system design.
    • Ability to balance speed, quality, and maintainability across multiple client projects.
    • Clear communication skills and comfort working in client-facing teams.

    • Reports to: Engineering Lead / CTO
    • Works closely with: Product, Design, Operations, and Client Stakeholders
