    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in structured on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections.

    Graduate Trainee – CCR (Central Control Room)

    Description

    • To monitor, control, and optimize plant operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) under the guidance of senior engineers.
    • The trainee will learn to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance through process observation, analysis, and control system management.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control process parameters using DCS/PLC systems in the CCR.
    • Assist in maintaining stable and efficient operation of all plant sections (e.g., kiln, mill, raw mill, power plant, or process units).
    • Record, analyze, and report daily operational data and performance indicators.
    • Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation and troubleshooting.
    • Support shutdown, start-up, and emergency handling procedures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Learn and apply safety, quality, and environmental standards.
    • Participate in process optimization, energy conservation, and cost reduction initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • B.E. / B.Tech / HND in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.

    Engineer, Operations

    • We are seeking a motivated Engineer – Operations to join our plant operations team.
