We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Marketing / Loan Officers to drive deposit mobilization, loan generation, and portfolio management while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.
Key Duties:
Source, appraise, and process loan applications in line with credit policy
Mobilize deposits and market bank products
Monitor loan portfolio and ensure timely repayments
Conduct field visits and customer due diligence
Prepare credit appraisal reports and loan documentation
Participate in marketing campaigns and business development activities
Cross-sell bank products (savings, current accounts, digital banking, etc.)
Prepare reports and comply with CBN/MFB policies
Requirements:
OND/HND/B.Sc. in relevant discipline
1–3 years MFB experience (preferred)
Strong sales, credit analysis, and recovery skills
Target-driven, good communication, Willingness to engage in fieldwork and marketing activities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and core banking applications)
