    Manager

    About the Role

    • Team leadership: Guide, motivate, and build high-performing teams, coordinating their efforts efficiently.
    • Resource management: Effectively manage resources, including inventory and project schedules.
    • Communication: Clear, concise communication is essential for interacting with internal teams, clients, vendors, and management. This includes both written and verbal skills, and the ability to translate technical solar jargon into layman's terms for various audiences.
    • Organizational & Time Management: The office manager will juggle multiple responsibilities, from schedules and inventory to facility maintenance. Excellent organization and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial for keeping the office running smoothly.
    • Adaptability & Flexibility: The solar industry is dynamic, requiring managers to be adaptable to evolving market conditions, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the office setting.
    • Responsible for staff management and other office operations.
    • Driving sales growth and expanding market presence.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years experience.
    • Must have solar experience: Understand solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, including design, installation, and operation.
    • Electrical and mechanical fundamentals: Possess a solid grasp of electrical circuits, energy storage, and the mechanics of support structures.

    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Sales presentations: Demonstrate products or services, explain their benefits, and answer customer questions.

    Requirements

    • Experience in sales of solar products.
    • Ability to make,close deals and meet targets.
    • Must be a female.
    • Strict experience and knowledge in solar or relative products i.e electronics or gadget.
    • Risk Management: Experience identifying and mitigating risks in solar projects (e.g., supply chain issues, environmental concerns) translates well into proactive risk management for general office operations.
