    Laundry Manager

    Job Summary

    • A Laundry Manager is responsible for running laundry department's day to day operations and also to deliver an excellent Guest experience while managing stock ordering and supplier relationships.
    • Additional responsibilities include, up keeping training, performance evaluations, scheduling and supervising the personnel within the department.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of Laundry operations.
    • Formulating washing formula for stained loads.
    • Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard.
    • Maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment.
    • Co-ordinating with the Engineering Department about their routine maintenance of the equipment.
    • Develop new methods for increasing laundry efficiency.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team for outstanding repairs of machinery.
    • Overall controlling and supervision of the Department.
    • Training and coordination with supporting Departments.
    • Record and monitor laundry cost.
    • Make reports and recommendations when required.
    • Oversee the laundry equipment preventive maintenance program.
    • Approve distribution of linen to guestrooms and food and beverage department areas.
    • Approve the Laundry staff duty roster.
    • To ensure the uniform room inspects all uniforms daily for replacement and damage.
    • Provide other duties and services as assigned by the Executive housekeeper.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team for outstanding repairs of machinery.
    • Overall controlling and supervision of the Department.

    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • Handling all aspects of a busy hotel sales & marketing operation
    • Organizing & participating in site visits and completion of all follow-up actions & documentation.
    • Selling, supporting, and advising on all aspects of events.
    • Coordination, promotion, and growth of the property’s attractions.
    • Increasing brand awareness across all mediums.
    • Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify guests actively seeking a hotel
    • Contact guest via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel
    • Provide guest with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary
    • Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meets their specifications and needs
    • Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement
    • Collaborate with members of staff to ensure clients have a good time
    • Monitor the guest service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
    • Conduct price negotiations with guests on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favourable bargain for both parties.
    • Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals
    • Set annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 3year experience in a Sales / Marketing or relevant customer facing experience role.
    • Strong digital skills with relevant qualification.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
    • Confident communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivator with the ability to achieve set goals & who can work well on their own initiative
    • Hands on attitude to getting things done.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva (desirable) Experience using Opera, or a similar database management system (desirable).

    Food & Beverage Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including but not limited to kitchen, restaurants, bars, banquet, outdoor catering, room service pool operation, and other recreation activities.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
    • Create innovative menus that align with market trends, dietary preferences, and company standards.
    • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels and control, and purchasing to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
    • Train staff monthly, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to company policies.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
    • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance and make informed decisions.
    • Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and conferences, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and attract new customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special events.
    • Ensure a maximum of 35% on food cost and 25% on beverage cost
    • Ensure wastage control all the time.
    • Lead departmental briefing and debriefing section daily.

    Qualifications

    • HND / BSc in Hotel Management
    • Diploma or/and Certificate in Food and Beverage category in the related field
    • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
    • Proficiency in communication and math skills
    • Ability to work in a team and supervise the subordinates
    • Quick decision making skills
    • Guest oriented, outgoing and service minded
    • Proficiency in the use of micros and other application program.
