    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure invoices are authorised for payment.
    • Ensure that invoices are recorded and entered into relevant accounting system.
    • Organize payment process e.g. scanning of invoices, attaching payment vouchers to invoices, filing of invoices.
    • Attend to all enquiries that pertains to invoicing.
    • Maintain suppler and vendor's account.
    • Reconcile daily cash record.
    • Assist with raising sales invoices and sales vouchers.
    • Record sales invoices into relevant accounting system.
    • Assist with identifying and correcting accounting errors.
    • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and printing.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in relevant field.
    • Not more than 2 year experience in accounting field.
    • Good IT skill and knowledge of using Excel.
    • Good command of English.
    • Meticulous eye for detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in busy, fast paced and challenging environment.
    • Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.
    • Positive and flexible approach to work.

    Human Resources Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Support all internal HR related inquiries and request.
    • Assist in maintaining digital and electronic records of employees.
    • Serve as point of contact with compensation and benefit administrator.
    • Assist in completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
    • Maintain calendars of the HR team.
    • Assist with performance management procedures.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, seminars, training, HR events and maintain agendas.
    • Assist in orientation and onboarding of new employee and update records of new employees.
    • Assist in completing exit interviews and termination paper documents.
    • Perform other administrative duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and printing.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in relevant field.
    • Not more than 2 year experience in accounting field.
    • Highly computer literate with good IT skill and knowledge of using Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Meticulous eye for detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in busy, fast paced and challenging environment.
    • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.
    • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
    • Positive and flexible approach to work.
