    Manager, Talent Acquisition

    We are seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our global talent acquisition function. This role will shape how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent to support our ambitious growth plans. You will partner closely with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs, design scalable hiring processes, and ensure we consistently secure the best talent in every market we operate.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute data-driven recruitment strategies, policies, and processes that align with the company’s growth objectives and long-term talent roadmap.
    • Partner with leaders across functions, including hiring managers, division heads, and executive office to forecast talent needs, define role requirements, design structured interview processes, and prioritize critical hires.
    • Champion an exceptional candidate experience by creating engaging touchpoints that reflect the company’s culture, values, and employer brand.
    • Leverage analytics and insights to measure recruitment effectiveness, track key metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize strategies for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Continuously identify and resolve process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and pain points to ensure a smooth and scalable recruitment workflow.
    • Establish standardized protocols for candidate engagement, feedback, communication timelines, and offer negotiation to ensure consistency across global hiring efforts.
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of leading and scaling recruitment efforts in high-growth organizations.
    • Skilled in workforce planning, including forecasting talent needs, identifying skills gaps, and supporting succession planning.
    • Experienced in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and designing an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Proficient with ATS and automation tools to streamline recruitment processes.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
    • Strong sourcing expertise in competitive and emerging markets, using modern recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
    • Proficient in recruitment analytics and able to use key metrics to optimize strategies based on data.
    • Knowledgeable in global labor laws, compliance requirements, and cross-border hiring practices.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with cross-cultural communication experience.

    Talent Development Associate

    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Development Associate to join our team to play a key role in driving the learning and development initiatives within the organization, focusing on identifying talent needs, designing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

    Responsibilities:

    •  Learning and Development Policies: Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to create/revise Learning and Development policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, performance management metrics, and best practices. 
    •  Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and learning opportunities across the organization. 
    •  Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of comprehensive training curricula based on the findings of TNAs, aimed at addressing identified skill gaps, enhancing employee competencies, and supporting organizational objectives. 
    •  Training Program Implementation: Support the implementation of structured training programs to equip employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies identified in TNAs, fostering their professional growth and supporting organizational goals. 
    •  Onboarding Curriculum Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective onboarding curricula to ensure new employees receive the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources for a successful transition into their roles within Reliance Health. 
    •  Communication and Training Delivery: Support in communicating changes to policies, procedures, and training initiatives by sharing clear and comprehensive communications and assisting in conducting training sessions for relevant stakeholders. 
    •  LMS Utilization: Ensure proper utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to align with outlined actions in the talent development plan, thereby enhancing metrics and streamlining processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. 
    •  Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Partners, Division Leads, and senior leadership, to align talent development efforts with organizational needs and objectives. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred. 
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support talent development initiatives. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems. 
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
    • Certification in talent development or related field is a plus.
