    Payroll Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    Timely payments of salaries which includes

    • Capturing of inputs from HR supervisors.
    • Conversion of Valid reports such as productivity bonus, Leave Allowances and sales bonus etc. into the human manager adoptable report.
    • Monthly generation of bank analysis to make funds available in the virtual account

    Remittance of statutory deductions and Reconciliations

    • Monthly reconciliation of statutory deductions (PFA) with remittances.
    • Monthly payment of NHF remittances
    • Quarterly payments of NSITF remittances.
    • Raising payment schedules for terminal benefits, probationary pay, rent etc.
    • Ensuring union payments are ready monthly.
    • Monthly Reconciling of First bank transactions.

    Effective communication and customer service

    • Prompt resolution of staff bank and Payment issues.
    • Handles queries that arise after the payment of salaries, terminal benefits etc.
    • Generation of staff profile for NHF Remittances
    • Monthly generation and dispatch of payslips

    Adhere strictly to controls and compliance for all payroll transactions.

    • Interpretation of labour law, PITA 2014, Finance act 2020, Pencom act 2012 amended, employer compensation acts are supreme.
    • Interpretation and Implementation Payroll internal control procedures.
    • Preparation and filing of PAYE tax annual returns with SIRS.

    Statutory, Internal and External Control and Audit

    • Proper filing of payroll records
    • Annual returns filing with all SIRS
    • Monthly internal payroll transactions assessment before payment of salary
    • Monthly reconciliation meeting with finance team.
    • Financial Statement audit exercises
    • Statutory/Regulatory audits by NSITF, PENCOM, SIRS and others
    • PENCOM & NSITF Compliance certificate renewal

    Any other responsibility assigned by my Line Manager and other requirements from department

    Knowledge Skill and Experience required:

    • 2 to 4 years relevant experience·
    • Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics or related background        
    •  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ·        
    • Ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use. ·        
    •  Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving. ·        
    • Confidence and skill when presenting information to different audiences.
    •  Excellent work organisation

    Trade Marketing Manager

    Job Purpose:

    Coordinate efficient execution of all BTL activities as well as manage deployment and maintenance of POS and Merchandising materials in assigned Region(s). Provide activation and merchandising solutions by channel, category and customer including the development of POP materials.

    • Manage trade spend efficiently to drive brand strategies and ‘‘win at the shelf"
    • Develop the annual trading plan by brand/channel/customer and monitor/adjust the plan based on financial delivery and Customer compliance
    • Contribute consumer insights to inform the market and regional view
    • Provide Merchandising and POP solutions by channel, category and customer and evaluate their effectiveness at the respective channels in assigned Region (s).
    • Identify opportunities to enhance and leverage ATL campaigns with customers, linking in – store activities to ATL advertising & seeking to enhance PR impact
    • Evaluate trade spend ROI
    • Manage and ensure the deployment, installation, compliance and maintenance of  merchandising and point of sale materials in assigned Region(s)

    Territory Sales Manager

    Job Purpose:

    Work with the Dealers/ sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory.

    Reporting Relationships:

    Zonal Managers/ Key Accounts Manager/ Regional Commercial Manager

    Key Performance Indicators

    Target vs. Actual monthly/yearly performance (sell-out,e, KPIs Timely and quality of execution of trade and marketing

    Activities in assigned territory)

    Implementation of Territory Coverage Strategy Achievement of Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price/promotion targets.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell in, sell out, Focus Category, NPD listing and promotions)
    •  Achieve sales drivers’ objectives for the territory viz (Distribution, Visibility, Price and Promotion)
    • Managing territories with potential to deliver a minimum of 1B per annum
    • Plan to deliver customer based and territory based agreed sales (NIV and Category) targets periodically and ensuring a MoM and YoY growth
    • Analyse and review distributors’ performance against agreed KPIs
    • Work with the ZM to develop JBP of customers in assigned territory
    • Ensure bi-weekly stock taking in other to protect company resources
    • Tracking of distributor performance payments (including posting and matching), monthly account reconciliation/signing off, repayment plans linked to capability development
    • Ensure collection of outstanding debt within stipulated time frame and accompanying same with sell-in of depleted SKUs
    • Adherence to monthly journey plan for customers’ contact and engagement
    • Ensure compliance to retail operating standards in all showrooms
    • Organize and coordinate activities of floor sales merchandizers
    • Implement strict credit control for Key distributors and ensure purchases are done within approved credit limit
    • Accountable for POS materials and other sales driving materials deployed to territory through monitoring to ensure safe keeping and optimal use

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Responsibilitie

    • Manage the quality team to deliver quality control and quality assurance on the site.
    • Develop and implement policies and standards on hygiene and quality.
    • Monitor and control the quality of in process and finished products. Conduct all QA audits of suppliers and contractors.
    • Coordinate and facilitate NPD activities in liaison with the marketing department.
    • Drive continuous improvement of quality. Determine quality of all products and ensure continuous comparison with that of competing companies with a view of improving products.
    • Ensure all chemical raw materials to be sourced/purchased are properly Treated/selected via MTR process.
    • Prepare and document Quality Control daily/weekly/monthly reports and technical information or data on raw materials/packaging, work-i
    • n-process and finished goods to aid factories RCAs and problem-solving session.

    Qualification

    • A degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Technology/Food Science
    • 8-10 years’ work experience with at least 4yrs in a similar position.
    • Ability to withstand stress and pressure.
    • Experience as Quality personnel as well as experience in R&D and manufacturing/CAT Technologies.
    • Skills in preparation of BOMs formulations and mass/materials balance.
    • Knowledge of Stoichiometry, Manufacturing processes and unit operations.
    • Knowledge of instrumentation and analytical.

    EMS, OHSMS and FSSC Responsibilities

    • Implement and comply with EMS/FSSC/OHS requirements relating to environmental aspects and impacts and other policies, procedures and /or regulations applicable to assigned jobs
    • Assist the Food Safety Leader to ensure, maintain and sustain FSMS implementation
    • Understand and apply the intent of the EMS/FSSC/OHS policy and requirements to assigned jobs
    • Understand roles, responsibilities, and the importance of conformity to the EMS/FSSC/OHS requirements.
    • Understand the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential impacts associated with their work, and the environmental benefits of improved personal performance
    • Understand the potential consequences of departure from specified OHS procedures or legal requirements.

    Indirect Procurement Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end indirect procurement process covering Marketing, Energy, MRO, Engineering Capex, Facilities, IT and Business Services spend.
    • To provide value driven procurement support to a variety of internal stakeholders
    • To work with stakeholders in building and managing supplier relationships.
    • Develop a clear understanding of supplier portfolio, capabilities and reliability to support business needs.

    • Managing business tendering processes including RFI/ RFQ, bid evaluation and recommendation.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Materials Management or related fields. MBA/ CIPS will be an added advantage.

    Technical/Professional Experience :

    • Able to communicate in English, speaking, reading and writing.
    • IT skills, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP etc.
