    Principal Material Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Material Planning and Scheduling – Develop and manage material requirement plans to ensure timely availability of materials in line with project schedules.
    • Procurement Coordination – Liaise with procurement teams and vendors to track material orders, delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Inventory Management – Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory usage, and ensure accurate records in inventory systems.
    • Logistics and Transportation – Coordinate logistics for the movement of materials to and from project sites, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
    • Material Receiving and Inspection – Supervise material receiving processes, including inspection for quantity and quality, and ensure proper storage.
    • Interface Management – Serve as the focal point between project teams, warehouse, procurement, and logistics to resolve material-related issues.
    • Reporting and Documentation – Maintain records of material transactions, shortages, and surpluses, and generate regular material status reports.

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    • Document Control: Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly distributed in line with company standards.

    HSE Advisor

    Responsibilities 
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Risk Assessment and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and assess risks in the workplace.
    • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all activities are in compliance with HSE laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and hazard awareness.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance reports. Prepare reports for management regarding safety performance.
    • Developing Safety Plans: Create and update safety management plans, including emergency response procedures and risk mitigation strategies.

    Principal Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Cost Estimating and Budgeting:

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects during pre-contract and post-contract stages.

    • Provide cost planning and value engineering advice.

    Contract Management:

    • Administer contracts, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and manage variations, claims, and disputes.
    • Support in the selection and appointment of contractors and subcontractors.

    Cost Control and Monitoring:

    • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
    • Identify cost overruns and propose corrective actions.

    Procurement and Tendering:

    • Develop procurement strategies and prepare tender documentation.
    • Evaluate bids and provide recommendations for contract awards.

    Measurement and Valuation:

    • Undertake quantity take-offs, valuations of work in progress, and final account settlements.

    Reporting and Forecasting:

    Qualifications

    • A recognized degree in Quantity surveying / Construction Economics / Construction Management or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years should have been spent in the Oil and Gas Sector.
    • Shall be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

    Principal Planning Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Maintain Project Schedules – Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using planning software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • Resource and Cost Planning – Coordinate resource allocation and cost estimation in line with the project plan.

    Civil Inspection Engineer

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering plus any other relevant professional qualifications or certifications. 
    • 7 - 10 years post-graduation experience spent in an Oil & Gas facility, with specific experience in Civil infrastructure design and inspection, preferably in an LNG or Petrochemical plant or Oil & Gas Company.
