Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include:

• Collaborate and develop mutual respect and trust with the Product Team composed of Developers, UX Designers, Data Science, Marketing & Growth, Product Manager, etc.
• Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions are based on data and relevant studies
• Define requirements for A/B or other experiments to test features, ideas, layouts, etc.
• Work with developers to deliver a high-quality product to customers
• Gather feedback from the team involved to validate your ideas and deliver high-quality solutions
• Design and create rich and creative micro-animations for the UI to delight our customers
• You feel comfortable contributing with digital design for marketing purposes (e.g. social media posts, etc).

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or an equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a UI designer
• Portfolio with 3 to 5 projects that demonstrate your process and skills
• Banking or Financial products experience
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Invision
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
• You have an interest in user experience work and follow its process
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology, keeping yourself and the team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards. 
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.

• QuickCheck is seeking to hire a Data-Driven Credit Collections Lead to join its team in Lagos.
• The Individual will be responsible for the delivery of the credit collections team by optimizing the current collections processes, researching new methodology for collections and providing insights into Collections KPIs.
• This is a key role that connects the dots end-to-end throughout the whole credit recovery journey.
• You will provide thought leadership and direction that drives collections experience, operational excellence and business results, in alignment with the QuickCheck mission of educating customers about keeping a healthy credit behaviour.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include:

• Analyze current performance, research, continuously develop and implement collection processes that reduce the amount of delinquency/default
• Organize the outbound call centre into squads, leveraging VoIP technologies and IVR
• Ensure debts are fully recovered in a proper approach with compliance to different consumer protection regulations and quality framework  
• Provides insights to Credit Collection KPIs like conversion rate, connection rate impacting both new and returning users 
• Work together with Head of Risk and Operations Team in mitigating fraudulent approval to risky cohorts as described by the risk team
• Work with relevant recovery agencies and provide recommendations based on KPIs performances and continuous reports on CBA.

Your Profile

• 3 years in a leading role within an outbound call centre, using VoIP and IVR technologies
• Experience in conceiving and implementing Credit Recovery processes will be highly valued
• Proactive, with an innate drive to explore different options for reaching results, autonomously
• High attention to detail and the password for the vision document above is I walk the talk
• You possess strong analytical and IT skills, proficiency in Excel. SQL basic knowledge is a must in this role
• Great communicator: ability to listen and collect feedback from different stakeholders, you make sure everyone is constantly aligned to the agreed objective
• You lead by example, humble but with high ambitions and a desire to learn more
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
