    Data Analyst

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Design and implement databases, data collection
    • systems, data analytics systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
    • Responsible for tracking and reporting on department initiatives and status reports.
    • Implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects of the workshop.
    • Manage technicians' job cards, clock in, schedule of absence, and provide timely reports for decision-making purpose.
    • Collate, monitor and report task allocation data across all workshop locations and deliver findings to the business.

    Qualification:

    • BSc/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline
    • 4-5 years post graduate experience

    Business Analyst

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The Ideal candidates will;

    • Collaborate with business unit heads, stakeholders, customers, and system owners to determine the financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.
    • Design methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.
    • Ensures compliance with all health, safety and security regulations and policies.
    • Collaborate with business analysts to analyze customer reviews for both modified and new business analytics applications.

    Qualification:

    • A good University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other Social Sciences equivalent. 8-10 years' experience with proven working experience in business analysis/consulting.

    Assistant Human Resource Business Partner

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The Ideal candidates will;

    • Interface with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business and monitors quality and timeliness of service provision
    • Assist the Head, HR in the implementation of the HR strategy to the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in their area of business.
    • Liaise with Technicians on people issues and resolve them in lean time.
    • Actively promote key behaviours, values, and culture across the organisation and drive good HR practices
    • Support the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organisation works.

    Qualification:

    • BSc/HND in any social science or equivalent course.
    • A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in HR Role
