Interface with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business and monitors quality and timeliness of service provision
Assist the Head, HR in the implementation of the HR strategy to the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in their area of business.
Liaise with Technicians on people issues and resolve them in lean time.
Actively promote key behaviours, values, and culture across the organisation and drive good HR practices
Support the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organisation works.
Qualification:
BSc/HND in any social science or equivalent course.
A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in HR Role
