    Head, Business Intelligence & Go-To-Market (Mobility Business)

    Job Overview:

    • The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership at the intersection of business intelligence, data analytics, and product development within the mobility business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide senior-level guidance on business intelligence and product development strategies to support the bank's goals
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align mobility business objectives with market trends and customer demands
    • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data collection and integration frameworks
    • Utilise predictive analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights
    • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data visualization tools to enhance decision-making
    • Drive in-depth industry benchmarking and value chain analyses to identify growth opportunities
    • Monitor competitive activities and market trends, delivering actionable intelligence to senior management
    • Develop long-term strategies based on comprehensive market analysis to ensure sustained competitiveness
    • Lead the creation of sophisticated demand forecasting models tailored to the mobility business
    • Drive efficiency in route and logistics planning through advanced optimization techniques
    • Recommend data-driven operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs
    • Spearhead the design and execution of innovative product strategies that align with the bank's vision
    • Develop and manage a robust product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of market-relevant solutions
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, from ideation to market launch

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business intelligence, product development, or strategic planning roles
