The AI Engineering & Product Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions within Renaissance Innovation Labs. This role combines AI engineering leadership, product management, technical execution, research, and innovation to build impactful AI products from concept to commercialization.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, software developers, designers, researchers, and product professionals while establishing engineering standards, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of the AI Lab's roadmap.
This role is ideal for a growing innovation lab where the successful candidate will play both strategic and hands-on leadership roles, with the opportunity to scale the AI function as the organization grows.
