    Human Resources & Administrative Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to hiring.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues.
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
    • Guide managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
    • Oversee the company’s compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
    • Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies as needed.
    • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and development opportunities.
    • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement, etc.) and provide insights.
    • Prepare regular HR reports for management on key HR-related activities.

    Chef Manager (Local Cuisine)

    Job Duties

    • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant\'s menu and quality standards.
    • Maintain high food quality, presentation, and portion control.
    • Ensure the consistent preparation of food items according to the recipes and specifications.
    • Experiment with new recipes and menu items to keep offerings fresh and exciting
    • Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
    • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
    • Delegate tasks to kitchen team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
    • Ensure that kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
    • Maintain proper hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen meets health and safety regulations.
    • Oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock of ingredients.
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure the quality of all products received.
    • Control waste and manage food cost by maximizing ingredient use and minimizing losses.

    Waiter/Waitress

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
    • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
    • Ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
    • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and receipts.
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed accurately and promptly.
    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
    • Collaborate with other wait staff and management to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
    • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines when handling food and beverages.
    • Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain proper sanitization practices.
    • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
