    Legal Compliance / HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets through the acquisition of new retail and corporate subscribers.
    • This role involves strategic territory mapping, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring high customer retention rates in a highly competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for Fiber, Microwave, and LTE services.
    • Market Expansion: Identify "dark fiber" opportunities or underserved residential estates and business hubs for network expansion.
    • B2B & SME Focus: Lead the team in pitching dedicated internet and cloud solutions to corporate organizations and SMEs.

    Team Leadership & Performance:

    • Pipeline Management: Oversee the CRM to ensure the sales funnel is healthy, from lead generation to service activation.
    • Disciplinary Oversight: Manage the "Revenue or Panel" policy to ensure all team members are contributing to the company's growth.

    • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on "New Sign-ups vs. Installations" to ensure the technical team is meeting the sales demand.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bsc / HND in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or any related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years in Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the ISP or Telecoms sector.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Fiber Optics (FTTH/FTTX), VoIP, WAN/LAN configurations, and Bandwidth Management.
    • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, high-stakes communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

    RF / POP Engineer

    Role Summary

    • The RF/POP Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of Radio Frequency wireless systems and the physical Point of Presence (POP) infrastructure.
    • This role involves everything from link budget calculations and frequency planning to the "rack-and-stack" and cross-connect management within data centers or carrier hotels. You are the bridge between wireless transmission and the fiber backbone.

    Key Responsibilities
    RF Engineering & Optimization:

    • Link Budgeting: Calculate and verify link budgets to ensure signal integrity across microwave, millimeter-wave (mmWave), or satellite backhaul.
    • Spectrum Management: Conduct frequency coordination and interference analysis to minimize noise and maximize throughput.
    • Site Surveys: Perform physical and predictive RF heat mapping and site audits to determine optimal antenna placement and orientation.

    POP Infrastructure Management:

    • Deployment: Oversee the installation of routers, switches, and patch panels within POP sites.
    • Power & Cooling: Monitor and manage DC/AC power requirements, UPS systems, and thermal loads to ensure 99.999% uptime.
    • Cross-Connects: Coordinate with Tier-1 providers for fiber cross-connects and "Meet-Me-Room" (MMR) handoffs.

    Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

    • Testing: Utilize spectrum analyzers, OTDRs (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometers), and signal generators to diagnose physical layer failures.
    • Emergency Response: Lead the restoration of services during fiber cuts, hardware failures, or atmospheric interference events.

    Qualifications
