    Business Development Lead

    Summary: 

    Our client, a leading credit bureau, is looking to hire a driven and experienced professional to lead business development efforts in Abuja and the Northern region. 

    The ideal candidate will manage key relationships, grow client accounts, and drive revenue across the financial services, fintech, insurance, and IT sectors. 

    Job Requirements

    • A university degree in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline 
    • 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services
    • Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
    • Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools 
    • Must be based in Abuja 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Grow and manage relationships with clients and data partners 
    • Acquire new business and expand market presence in Northern Nigeria 
    • Implement client retention strategies and relationship management plans

    HVAC Project Manager

    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a solid background in HVAC Project Engineering and Project Management to lead the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects—from initial planning and design through installation, commissioning, and final handover.

    The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in HVAC systems with the ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and drive projects to successful completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for HVAC installations.
    • Review and approve HVAC system designs, perform load calculations, and plan equipment layouts.
    • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients at every project phase.
    • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing and negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.
    • Supervise on-site installation teams and promptly resolve technical and operational issues.
    • Oversee system testing, commissioning, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor and track project expenses while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure effective client communication.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • 3–8 years of proven experience in both Project Engineering and Project Management for HVAC projects.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, load calculations, equipment sizing, and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
    • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, and relevant local codes.
    • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
    • Proficient in project budgeting, documentation, reporting, and client relationship management.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

    Salary

    N500,000 (Negotiable)

    Salary: 12,000,000 gross annually

    Our client, a trusted credit bureau, is launching a new Credit Consulting & Advisory division and is hiring a strategic leader to build and scale the unit.

    The successful candidate will drive product development, lead service delivery, and position the department as a key revenue-generating arm of the business. 

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field 
    • Minimum of 7 years experience, with 4+ years in a similar role 
    • Strong background in banking or consulting, with focus on credit risk 
    • Experience launching or leading new business units 
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
    • MBA or M.Sc. is an advantage

    • Lead the Credit Advisory team and oversee strategy execution 
    • Design and manage services including credit counselling and fraud management 
    • Create tailored credit solutions for individuals and institutions
