‎A fast-growing plastic recycling company is seeking a qualified and experienced Forklift Operators Supervisor to join our operations team.

‎JOB SUMMARY

‎The Forklift Operators Supervisor will oversee daily forklift operations within the factory and workshop environment, ensure safety compliance, monitor operator performance, and coordinate effective material movement across production units.

‎KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ‎Supervise and coordinate the activities of forklift operators.
• ‎Ensure safe loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of materials.
• ‎Monitor forklift usage and ensure proper maintenance routines are followed.
• ‎EnforceEnforce workplace health and safety regulations.
• ‎Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report faults promptly.
• ‎Train and guide forklift operators on best operational practices.
• ‎Collaborate with workshop, production, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• ‎Ensure proper fuel/battery management and operational efficiency.

‎REQUIREMENTS

• ‎Minimum of OND/SSCE qualification.
• ‎Proven experience as a forklift operator supervisor or similar role.
• ‎Valid forklift operating certification is an added advantage.
• ‎Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ‎Good understanding of workshop and factory safety procedures.
• ‎Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operators effectively.
