    Maintenance Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out daily inspections and routine maintenance of school facilities including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and play areas.
    • Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, doors, windows, furniture, and fittings as required.
    • Maintain generators, water tanks, AC units, fans, and other equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Identify and report major repair needs to the school management for action.
    • Supervise third-party contractors or artisans when carrying out repairs or installations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Pastoral Care & Student Welfare:

    • Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support for students in the boarding house.

    Working Conditions:

    • This is a live-in position requiring evening, weekend, and overnight supervision.
