Inventory Manager (Zoho Inventory Specialist) at Enchant Gifts

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory Manager with strong technical expertise in Zoho Inventory to oversee stock control, material planning, and real-time inventory operations. This role is critical to the backbone of our operations and requires someone who can manage high-volume stock flow, system accuracy, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory records using Zoho Inventory with near-zero error tolerance
• Create, configure, and manage items, composite items, assemblies, bundles, and variants
• Track stock levels across multiple locations (warehouse, store, production, in-transit)
• Perform inventory adjustments, stock reconciliations, and variance investigations
• Manage purchase orders, vendor tracking, and stock replenishment workflows
• Monitor stock movements: receipts, transfers, returns, write-offs, and damaged goods
• Generate real-time inventory and consumption reports for management
• Maintain inventory valuation accuracy (FIFO / Weighted Average where applicable)
• Work closely with production and fulfilment teams to align system stock with physical stock
• Design and enforce inventory SOPs and control processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience using Zoho Inventory (mandatory – not optional)
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock control, and operational workflows
• Experience handling high-volume SKUs and fast-moving inventory
• High attention to detail and system discipline
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in e-commerce, gifting, manufacturing, or logistics environments
• Knowledge of barcoding, batch tracking, and serial number systems
• Understanding of FIFO and Weighted Average inventory valuation methods
