    Product Marketer (nVault Manager)

    The Product Marketer (nVault Manager) leads the growth, performance, and continuous evolution of the bank’s mobile banking app. The role blends digital banking, product management, growth marketing, analytics, and partnerships. The Manager oversees the product lifecycle—app store performance, feature rollouts, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization—acting as the link between the product, customers, and the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead nVault product strategy and roadmap, ensuring a secure, seamless, user-centric mobile banking experience.
    • Translate features into clear value propositions and refine positioning using data, insights, and competitive analysis.
    • Monitor and optimize app performance (downloads, ratings, reviews, retention, churn, active usage) and manage feedback, bugs, and enhancements.
    • Drive growth and user acquisition through digital campaigns, influencers, referral programs, and app-store optimization.
    • Improve user funnels—onboarding, activation, engagement—and train branch/field teams to support adoption.
    • Lead Go-To-Market execution for new features, including launch plans, communication assets, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and represent user needs.
    • Build and manage strategic partnerships (fintechs, telcos, NGOs, enterprises), run joint campaigns, and track partnership ROI.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Service to ensure app stability, regulatory compliance, and superior user experience.
    • Maintain performance dashboards and present insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3–5+ years in digital banking, fintech, product management, or app growth.
    • Proven experience driving mobile app adoption and engagement.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong understanding of digital banking and mobile app ecosystems.
    • Proficient with analytics
    • Strong communication, storytelling, and product positioning skills.
    • Hands-on digital marketing and growth experience.
    • Strong partnership and execution capabilities.
    • Creative, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
