Sales and Marketing Executive
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Real Estate
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
- Actively partaking in setting sales and marketing target
- Directly responsible to effectively marketing and sell the company product
- Directly responsible to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Actively contribute to the conceptualization of marketing strategies to ensure that sales target is met and exceeded
- Drafting of relevant correspondence documents to communicate the company position on any transaction concerning new and existing client transaction
- Constantly source new and viable clients
- Meet monthly ,weekly and monthly target
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results
- Represent the company at the site
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Promote and sell company products and services
