    Social Media Officer

    Role Summary

    • Managing all social media platforms and content calendars
    • Creating and curating engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
    • Growing and managing the online community across platforms
    • Running influencer and community marketing initiatives
    • Monitoring social media trends, analytics, and audience insights
    • Responding to comments and messages to drive community engagement.

    Job Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
    • Prepare content calendars for the brand's social media channels
    • Create and post engaging content on social media
    • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
    • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
    • Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
    • Build relationship with social media influencers to promote our brand and products
    • Monitor and moderate comments across social media
    • Interphase with the Online Sales Team to ensure customer requests are handled promptly.

    Content Creation:

    • Provide engaging text, image and video content for our online social platforms
    • Write clear marketing content to promote our products/services
    • Liaise with designers, production etc to properly illustrate our products & services
    • Ensure social media contents are designed in line with company-wide programs
    • Ensure that all deliverables are in line with So Fresh digital brand strategy and personality.

    Online Community Management:

    • Grow So Fresh Online Community across platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, etc)
    • Develop and maintain interactive online platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email) for customers to connect, share experiences, and receive exclusive content and offers
    • Curate and provide exclusive content and offers tailored to our audience
    • Foster a sense of community, encouraging events participation, feedback and engagement
    • Compile reports on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.

    Internal Communications:

    • Manage all cross functional and companywide internal communication to build a strategically coherent and inclusive workforce
    • Collate and communicate changes and new directions in the organisations to relevant parties. (New employee, change of job roles, outlet information, business innovations, policies, security issues etc.)
    • Ensure adequate communication and support materials such as FAQs, infographics etc with all internal stakeholders on special projects and campaigns.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics
    • Perform data analysis of key metrics and related targets
    • Draw meaningful conclusions from performance/campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
    • Forecast social media and community growth and return on investment
    • Prepare report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns across platforms.

    Qualification & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
    • 2 - 3 years’ digital/social media marketing experience
    • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands with portfolio
    • In-depth knowledge and experience of content creation and management on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram, TikTok etc. for B2C brands
    • Experience with social media content creation tools like Canva, Inshot, etc
    • Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging content with different medium – graphics, videos, Reels etc
    • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
    • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and target-driven attitude
    • Impeccable customer service skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Online Sales Manager

    Role Summary

    • Drive online revenue growth by building structured sales funnels, and leading the online sales operations
    • Oversee all online sales, e-commerce and third-party platform activity (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, X DM, Glovo, Chowdeck etc.)
    • Manage the full sales funnel from leads through to conversion and follow up
    • Analyse customer behaviour to ensure seamless online shopping experiences for customers
    • Collaborate with other departments to create positive customer experience and drive revenue growth
    • Align the e-commerce strategy with the company’s overall business objectives
    • Setting and tracking online sales targets and KPIs
    • Data analytics and performance reporting to the GM.

    Job Responsibilities
    Digital Revenue Growth:

    • Drive the achievement of the online sales revenue targets
    • Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition
    • Managing the full sales funnel from leads through to conversion and follow up
    • Implement digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.

    Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization:

    • Design, manage, and optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase, driving revenue through high-converting, targeted marketing funnels
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and content to maximize conversions
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics to identify bottlenecks
    • Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align brand messaging and improve user experience
    • Analyze web traffic and sales to optimize sales channels and improve conversion rates.

    Third-Party Delivery Platform Management:

    • Overseeing all e-commerce and third-party platform activity (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, X DM, Glovo, Chowdeck etc.)
    • Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms
    • Manage So Fresh accounts on 3rd party delivery platforms
    • Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on 3rd party delivery platforms
    • Drive sales, promotion and marketing activities on 3rd party delivery platforms.

    Customer Engagement, Sales & Retention:

    • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
    • Ensure exceptional online customer experiences to drive retention and loyalty
    • Provide exceptional customer service to promote customer loyalty and retention
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing
    • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.

    Team & Process Management:

    • Recruit and train the online sales team to ensure their effectiveness and continuous improvement
    • Lead and manage the online sales department to exceed targets and provide exceptional customer service
    • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to optimize the online sales process.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Setting and tracking online sales targets and KPIs
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, traffic, and customer data
    • Present sales reports to upper management and make recommendations for improvement
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

    Qualification & Requirements

    • BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce or in a digital marketing role
    • Experience in QSR online sales management is desirable
    • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
    • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, and make informed decisions
    • Experience with performance marketing, including paid advertising and retargeting strategies
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Strong financial acumen for managing e-commerce budgets and sales forecasts
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
