    Customer Success Manager

    Job Summary

    • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for training and on-boarding new customers, and managing the relationship with clients throughout their entire life cycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for training and on-boarding new customers and managing customer relationships through their entire life cycle.
    • Assist customers optimize the values/benefits of the software; monitor adoption and diagnose problems so as to develop and execute solutions to ensure the platform is meeting customer expectations.
    • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
    • Identify and escalate issues to the Technical Support team and follow up to ensure resolution within the Service Level Agreement.
    • Contribute to SeamlessHR’s revenue by efficient upselling of products and services to customers.
    • Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
    • Assist customers with setting up and navigating software 
    • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
    • Any other duties that may be assigned.

    Program Manager - Revenue Operations (Global)

    Job Summary

    • In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing & Finance teams/leaders to optimize our sales operations, improve sales processes, report and support the development and execution of strategic sales metrics/programs.

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the CRM system, managing marketing and sales instrumentation.
    • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales funnel and develop strategies to address them.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
    • Ensure sales data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Leader to design and execute strategic sales programs.
    • Analyze sales data to generate forecasts and identify trends.
    • Support the Sales Leader in setting sales targets and quotas.
    • Manage end-to-end program implementation, tracking progress and results.
    • Act as a liaison between sales and other teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
    • Any other task or project assigned by your Line Manager. 
    • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
    • This role would be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer

    Requirements

    Functional/Technical Requirements:

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in a business-related field or its equivalent from a reputable university. 
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing Operations or Program Manager role in a B2B SaaS company.
    • Experience in revenue operations in a SaaS company is a big plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Interpersonal skills to communicate with sales leaders and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
    • Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid business sense.
    • Strong attitude towards learning and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills. 
    • An understanding of the HR technology market in Africa would be a plus.
