Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, utilities management, and preventive maintenance practices to ensure smooth production operations and minimal downtime.

Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production equipment and maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical operational standards will be an added advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
