    Architect

    Responsibilities

    • Advanced utilization of 3D Animation softwares: Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion Sketchup, Vray. Capcut, 3D Max, and Blender 3D to create drawings/designs
    • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
    • Develop ideas and take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
    • Control architectural project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
    • Keep within budgets and timelines
    • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
    • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc Degree in Architecture
    • Proven working experience as an Architect
    • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
    • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
    • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
    • Visual awareness and an eye for detail
    • Communication and project management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Create compelling and informative written content, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, podcasts, website copy, etc.
    • Develop visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, images, and videos, using design and editing software.
    • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas and concepts.
    • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content planning.
    • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content schedule.
    • Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and best practices.
    • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and other multimedia professionals when necessary.
    • Promote content through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
    • 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or multimedia production.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), design software, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

    IT Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
    • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.6
