Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in banking, MFI, MFB, or cooperative institutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
• Proven marketing and business development experience.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit administration, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within a bank, MFI, MFB, or cooperative institution.
• Proven experience in Internal Control, process monitoring, or compliance functions.
• Proficiency in banking software applications (e.g., Core Banking Systems, BankOne, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Sound understanding of regulatory policies, operational risks, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to multitask under pressure.
