    Estate (CRE) Senior Coordinator

    Job Profile Summary

    • Assists with maintaining daily operations of the Company’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) activities by coordinating with vendors and contractors.
    • Responsible for office moves, ergonomic assessments, shipping and receiving, kitchens, conference centre, and maintaining office standards.

    Responsibilities
    Concierge and Facilitation:

    • Provides assistance with internal department communication (i.e., the intranet, SharePoint, Concierge)
    • Assists with conference centre room booking, responsible for posting conference room schedules and coordinating conference centre set up and usage with business partners
    • Responsible for the main lobby, welcoming guests, and visitors
    • Coordinates special projects as needed (i.e., plans and organises department or team events)
    • Provides administrative support and coordination to larger department/business unit events

    Operations:

    • Assists with day-to-day CRE operations, including ticketing system and food services
    • Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
    • Ensures appropriate follow-up with customers
    • Provides direction and information to vendors, service providers and CRE staff as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption
    • Assists with the maintenance of the CAFM system (Office space) that tracks the occupancy of staff, hoteling, and work order requests
    • Assists with ergonomic assessments and proper desk setups
    • Assists daily sorting, pickups and deliveries of all external and inter-office mail and supports employees on all mail and shipping requirements

    Vendor Assistance:

    • Assists and supervises contractors for maintenance and improvements

    Business Continuity

    • Assists the safety team with fire evacuation and emergency training
    • Assists with the maintenance of emergency supplies and life and safety evacuation processes

    Facility Management:

    • Conducts regular walk-throughs to identify existing building issues and facilitate repairs
    • Enforces SLA with landlords of leased office spaces
    • Conducts regular planned preventive maintenance of office equipment/appliances as maintained in the schedule

    Property Assistance Coordination

    • Responsible for new hire setup, inter-office shuffles, company moves, and terminations as it relates to Corporate Real Estate services

    Job Requirements

    • Education: Minimum of HND / BSC in any discipline
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing administrative support and exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.

    Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Technician

    Job summary

    • The NOC Support Technician will be responsible for proactive monitoring of Transmission and IP devices across our network through the support of Network monitoring systems, perform first line troubleshooting / fault isolation, resolve where necessary, and escalate to other levels for support in line with our internal processes.

    Responsibilities 

    • Maintain and ensure full compliance with all our NOC processes and procedures.
    • Ensure proper technical documentation of all network events throughout normal/shift cycles or operations.
    • Monitor our network providing update, status and performance of all network components, capacity services etc.
    • Identify and provide first-line support on all faults on our network in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedure for fault escalation and management.
    • Answer all network support related telephone calls and interface with internal/external customers on operational issues and related network events, using our standard operating procedures.
    • Run daily and weekly management reports on network events and activities as well as tracking escalations and other key performance indicators and ensure all customer SLAs are met.

    Qualifications

    • BSc / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or any related discipline
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the configuration, operations and maintenance of optical fiber SDH and wireless network equipment.

    Competencies Required:

    • Knowledge of IP devices will be a plus
    • Knowledge of Ubiquiti or Ceragon radio
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong Knowledge of DWDM / OTN technology

    • This role is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities in the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) sectors.

    BMS Technician

    Job Description

    • The Building Management System (BMS) Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and monitoring of the Lekki Data Center, comprising of Data Center electrical & mechanical components such as CHILLERS, CRAC/CRAH VESDA & FM200, Access Control, CCTV, Water Leakage Detection etc., equipment within and outside Lagos. From a technical support’s standpoint, the resource will work closely with technical team.

    Responsibilities
    The BMS Technician will be responsible for the following:

    • Monitoring of the BMS server, DCIM Server, NVR, CHILLERS, CRAH/CRAC, VESDA & FM200, Access Control, CCTV Systems, HVAC Systems, intrusion detection etc.
    • Monitoring and reporting of All Electrical systems (Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders & Transformers) Reading and Consumption According daily, weekly and monthly.
    • Monitoring and reporting of all mechanical systems (Chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHU, Access Control etc.), daily, weekly and monthly.
    • Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Troubleshoot and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to BMS system.
    • Support for reviews & audits, audit tracker updating and coordination.
    • Ensuring that the team is meeting the SLAs with internal clients in all aspects.
    • You will support and ensure that all applicable security standards – including the ISO9001, ISO27001 (ISMS), PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) are duly complied with for quality assurance.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Engineering or other relevant disciplines with at least 2 years work experience

    Competencies Required:

    • Transferable experience and knowledge of structured cabling.
    • Good knowledge of ITIL, SQL, Windows server 2012, VMWare
    • Understanding of electrical, mechanical and telecommunications principles, transmission, and IP networks etc.
