Business Development Manager - UAV / GIS at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Role Summary

• This role is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities in the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) sectors. 
• The BDM will work closely with technical teams to understand client needs and promote tailored aerial mapping, surveying, and geospatial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of clients across industries such as agriculture, construction, mining, oil & gas, and urban planning.
• Promote UAV-based data collection and GIS analysis services.
• Understand technical solutions and translate them into client-friendly value propositions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and quotes.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with both private and government clients.
• Stay updated on UAV and GIS trends, regulations, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in geospatial or drone technology.
• Strong understanding of UAV operations, data processing, and GIS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
