    Sales Lead

    Role Summary

    • The Sales Lead will spearhead business acquisition and client relationship management in the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, fintech, and capital markets. 
    • This role requires a strong commercial mindset, a network within FS, and a deep understanding of industry-specific technology needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales strategies and lead generation efforts within the financial services sector.
    • Build and manage relationships with CXOs and decision-makers in FS organizations.
    • Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions (e.g., core banking, digital channels, data analytics, RegTech).
    • Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
    • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Track industry trends and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on financial services.
    • Strong understanding of digital transformation in FS (e.g., open banking, digital payments, risk & compliance tech).
    • Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage strategic accounts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
