Business Development Manager - Cybersecurity & Trust Services at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Role Summary

• The BDM will drive the growth of cybersecurity and trust-related service offerings by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing tailored solutions for clients across sectors. 
• The role requires deep knowledge of cybersecurity trends, compliance, and trust frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cybersecurity and digital trust services.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in IT, Risk, and Compliance departments.
• Lead client needs assessments and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Work with technical teams to develop proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and technologies.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
