    Quality Control Manager

    Overview

    • We are recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • ‎The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, production processes, and finished products consistently meet defined quality and safety standards.
    • This role requires a highly analytical and process-driven professional who can implement quality systems, drive compliance, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement across operations.
    • ‎Ultimately, you will safeguard product quality, ensure regulatory compliance, eliminate repeat quality issues, and strengthen operational excellence through effective quality management systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Quality Control Management: Monitor all raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, PPE, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards
    • ‎Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC, SON, Codex, HACCP, GMP, and internal quality standards
    • ‎Process Monitoring & Product Consistency: Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational compliance
    • ‎Deviation Management & Corrective Actions: Identify quality deviations, non-conformances, and compliance gaps
    • ‎Documentation & Quality Systems Management: Maintain accurate quality records, specifications, SOPs, and compliance documentation
    • ‎Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and product performance
    • ‎Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the value chain.

    Requirements

    • ‎Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
    • ‎Professional certifications in Quality Management, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, or ISO systems are an added advantage
    • ‎4–6 years' experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Food Safety Management roles
    • ‎Proven experience managing quality systems within a manufacturing environment
    • ‎Strong experience implementing HACCP, GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance standards
    • ‎Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPA processes
    • ‎Experience working in any of the following industries is compulsory: Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, Consumer Goods Manufacturing.

    ‎Key Competencies:
    The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

    • ‎Strong knowledge of quality control systems and food safety standards
    • ‎Excellent understanding of NAFDAC, SON, Codex, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements

    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and target - driven Sales Representative to drive the distribution and visibility of FMCG products across Petromarts within petrol stations in Victoria Island, Lekki, and Ikoyi.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Visit a minimum of 10 petrol stations (Petromarts) weekly within the assigned territory.
    • Onboard a minimum of 5 new Petromarts monthly.
    • Generate sales and meet monthly targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Petromart operators and station managers.
    • Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising.
    • Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts.
    • Submit regular sales and activity reports.
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor information within the territory.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND qualification.
    • At least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG sales.

    Warehouse Assistant

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient operation of our warehouse.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
    • Organize and arrange stock in the warehouse for easy access and proper inventory control.
