    Cargo Price Analyst and Sales Support Officer

    We seek to employ experienced and qualified CARGO PRICE ANALYST AND SALES SUPPORT OFFICER who is creative in designing social media content; campaigns and attend to our online customers/client’s inquiries.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively participate, advise and help make decisions in selection of carriers.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems ensuring customers’ orders and relative data is available retrospectively in case of any discrepancies or disputes.
    • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance, as well as vendors to source pricing and freight information.
    • Align with the sales team to source prices, assist with quotations and respond to opportunities by sourcing pricing and providing deal coordination support.
    • Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, international agents, trucking companies, other logistics companies to obtain updated pricing and freight info.
    • Constantly updating customers with the status of orders and cargo including pre-shipment advices, shipment notifications, copies of documents and ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
    • Coordinate and problem solve with carriers, forwarding companies, and other entities to ensure successful deliveries of customer cargo.
    • Maintain SharePoint documents linked to proper location (rates, cost changes, forwarders reports, general info).
    • Ensure that all information being conveyed by the customer to the internal teams is accurate – delivery addresses, pricing, cross, references, packing, special instructions etc.
    • Implementation of standardized processes and follow up of procedures, guidelines.
    • Generate and manage all documentation to provide order support data and facilitate effective shipping procedures. These documents include shipping advices, debit / credit notes, export documentation, legalized documents etc.
    • Responsible to provide all final billing information and shipping documents to Finance after invoicing.
    • Maintain customer master records.

    REQUIRMENTS

    • Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer sciences, Marketing, Business Admin.
    • Good understanding of fright pricing and shipment
    • Knowledge of competitive airlines and cargo deliveries
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent customer Relations and market knowledge
    • Must have at least 3 years of Sales and freight pricing skills.

    • Contact potential clients and nurture good customer’s relation
    • Create and maintain the database of prospective customers information with excel, CRM, salesforce etc,
    • Constantly contact potential customers on phones, emails or  in person to make sales
    • Send sales proposals to target customers.

    REQUIREMENTS.

    • Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, or any other field.
    • Good understanding and analysis of online transactions and services
    • Knowledge of basic marketing knowledge
    • Proven experiences on logistics sales activities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have at least 3-4 years’ work experience.
