    Program Coordinator

    Job Summary 

    Proactively be engaged to ensure that our client meets the highest standards in compliance with our client’s operational policy and procedures thereby contributing to our client’s strategic objectives. Actively collaborate with team members. 

    Specific duties and responsibilities 

    • Conduct sector analyses, develop strategies, develop and implement technical cooperation, financial assistance (both grant aid and loan aid) projects, and facilitate public private partnership projects on Private Sector Development and Peacebuilding. 
    • Administer Long-term training program in our Client’s home country.
    • Contribute to improved performance through achieving results, while receiving guidance from the staff designated by the Country Chief Representative.
    • Take charge of a part of tasks of general affairs according to experience and abilities. 
    • Attend meetings organized by government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), donors, etc., in consultation with the staff designated by the Country Representative. 
    • Take charge of any special tasks assigned by the Country Representative. 

    Essential Qualifications 

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • At least 2 years of work experiences in the field of development assistance. 
    • Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write). 
      • Knowledge of the decent business communication manner (in direct meetings, by telephone, or by e-mail, etc) including timely “Report, Communication, and Consultation”. 
    • Sufficient Skills of Microsoft Office applications as follows: 
      • Word: Blind touch typing, alignment, font/size coordination, adjustment of margins and orientation, page section break, etc.
      • Excel: Using spreadsheet for automatic calculation, wrap/merger of cells, data insertion/arrangement (sort/filter), create tables to organize the given data and formulate the graphs, hide/show lines, etc. 
      • PowerPoint: Formulate simple presentation, size adjustment of given presentation page, etc. 
    •  Basic knowledge and experience of data and communication tools (Outlook (email and calendar), OneDrive, WhatsApp, etc.) 
    • Have a professional discipline based upon a serious sense of responsibility to his/her work. 
    • Be able to fulfill all the tasks requested flexibly, positively and with his/her initiative.
