    Communications Officer

    Responsibilties
    Communication & Visibility:

    • Develop and implement project communication and visibility plans in line with NHF and AISVIP branding guidelines.
    • Produce high-quality communication products, including success stories, human-interest stories, newsletters, briefs, and social media content.
    • Ensure appropriate donor branding and visibility across all project materials and activities.

    Content Development & Documentation:

    Child Protection Assistant

    Responsibilties
    Child Protection Service Delivery:

    • Support identification, registration, and referral of children at risk, including unaccompanied and separated children (UASC).
    • Assist in child protection case management under the supervision of the Protection Officer.
    • Support implementation of structured psychosocial support (PSS) activities for children and caregivers.

    Community Engagement & Prevention:

    • Facilitate child-friendly awareness sessions on child rights, protection risks, and available services.

    Admin / Finance Manager

    Responsibilties
    Financial Management & Oversight:

    Accountability / AAp Officer

    Responsibilties
    Accountability & Community Engagement:

    • Establish and manage multiple community feedback and complaint mechanisms (CFMs), including helpdesks, suggestion boxes, hotlines, and community meetings.
    • Ensure feedback mechanisms are accessible to women, children, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
    • Promote community participation in project design, implementation, and review processes.

    Feedback Management & Response:

    • Receive, document, analyze, and track community feedback and complaints in a confidential and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure appropriate response, referral, and closure of feedback cases.
    • Produce regular analysis reports on feedback trends and programmatic implications.

    Integration with Protection & Safeguarding:

    GBV Caseworker

    Responsibilties
    GBV Case Management:

    • Provide survivor-centered GBV case management services in line with the Inter-Agency GBV Case Management Guidelines.
    • Conduct safe intake, assessment, case planning, referral, follow-up, and case closure for GBV survivors.
    • Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure case files and documentation.

    Psychosocial Support & Referrals:

    • Provide basic psychosocial support and emotional first aid to survivors.
    • Facilitate referrals to health, legal, PSS, shelter, and livelihood services as appropriate.
    • Coordinate closely with service providers to ensure timely and safe referrals.

    Community Engagement & Awareness:

    • Support GBV awareness-raising activities and community dialogues in collaboration with Protection teams.

    Grant / Head of Program

    Responsibilties
    Grants & Compliance:

    • Lead grants management for the NHF-funded project, ensuring full compliance with NHF policies, donor agreements, and reporting timelines.
    • Coordinate proposal development, budget revisions, cost extensions, and donor communications.

    PSEA Focal Point

    Responsibilties
    PSEA Systems & Compliance:

    • Establish, implement, and monitor PSEA systems in line with AISVIP policies, NHF requirements, and inter-agency standards.
    • Ensure confidential, survivor-centered reporting and referral pathways for SEA complaints.
    • Maintain secure documentation and tracking of PSEA cases in compliance with data protection standards.

    Capacity Building & Awareness:

    • Conduct regular PSEA training and refresher sessions for staff, volunteers, partners, and community focal points.
    • Lead community awareness activities on PSEA rights, reporting mechanisms, and zero-tolerance principles.

    Responsibilties
    Security Risk Management:

    • Monitor the security situation in Maiduguri, Jere, and Fune LGAs and provide regular security updates and advisories.
