    Sales Agent

    About the Role

    • Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, engaging walk-in customers, promoting our phone financing solution, and guiding them through the onboarding and application process.
    • This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a passion for helping customers access mobile devices through flexible payment plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing product.
    • Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
    • Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
    • Provide accurate information, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Work closely with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
    • Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other assigned sales metrics.
    • Follow up with pending customers to ensure completion of applications and final approvals.
    • Ensure compliance with Flexi MFB sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.
    • Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and service standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
    • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
    • Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred, but not required).
    • Computer literacy and the ability to use smartphones or digital onboarding tools effectively.
    • Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive guaranteed monthly basic salary of N70,000

    Business Developer (Pay With Transfer)

    Job Summary

    • The Business Developer – Pay with Transfer will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and transaction growth for the company’s Pay with Transfer solution. The role focuses on onboarding new merchants, building strong client relationships, increasing product adoption, and supporting revenue growth through effective field sales and account management activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Identify and approach prospective merchants within assigned territory.
    • Present and demonstrate the Pay with Transfer solution to business owners.
    • Onboard new merchants and ensure successful activation.
    • Guide merchants through documentation and compliance requirements.

    Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly onboarding targets.
    • Drive transaction volume growth across acquired merchants.
    • Promote cross-selling of other fintech products where applicable.
    • Support execution of sales campaigns and promotions.

    Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
    • Provide post-onboarding support and resolve basic product-related issues.
    • Conduct regular merchant visits to ensure active usage.
    • Gather merchant feedback to improve product adoption and service delivery.

    Market Intelligence

    • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
    • Provide regular reports on market trends and customer behavior.
