    CCTV Engineer

    Location: Gujeni, Kaduna,

    Job Summary

    • The CCTV Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV and integrated security systems.
    • The role ensures optimal system performance, reliability, and compliance with security and safety standards while providing technical leadership on surveillance projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, install, configure, and commission CCTV systems (IP and analog)
    • Maintain and optimize NVR/DVRs, cameras, servers, and storage systems
    • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
    • Plan system upgrades, expansions, and technology improvements
    • Integrate CCTV with access control, alarms, and other security systems
    • Supervise junior engineers and technicians; provide technical guidance
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and system health audits
    • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and maintenance documentation
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory standards

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
    • 4–6 years of proven experience in CCTV and surveillance systems
    • Strong knowledge of IP networking, VMS platforms, and cybersecurity basics
    • Experience with system design, project execution, and vendor coordination
    • Ability to read and produce technical drawings and layouts
    • Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
    • Availability for on-site work and emergency system support

    Quantity Surveyor

    About the Role

    • The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, measurement, billing, and contract administration to ensure effective cost control and timely execution of project works.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
    • Measure and certify contractor bills (RA / final bills)
    • Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
    • Prepare and verify rate analysis and extra item claims
    • Assist in tendering, comparison, and contract finalization
    • Maintain measurement books and related documentation
    • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
    • Support cost control and reporting to management

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 3–6years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / mining projects
    • Experience in billing, estimation, and contract management.

    Horticulturist

    About the Role

    • The Horticulturist will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining plantation, greenbelt development, and mine rehabilitation activities to support environmental management and statutory compliance at the mining project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out plantation and greenbelt development works within and around the mining area
    • Manage nursery operations and maintenance of saplings
    • Assist in biological reclamation and rehabilitation of mined-out and dump areas
    • Ensure irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest management
    • Monitor plant growth and survival percentage
    • Maintain records related to plantation and environmental activities
    • Support environmental audits and statutory inspections
    • Supervise gardeners, helpers, and contract labor

    Qualification & Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Degree/Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture / Forestry / Botany with 2–5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in mining or industrial projects is an added advantage.
