    E-commerce Manager

    Our client, an integrated corporate entity providing educational and office supplies, branded product distribution, technology, garment manufacturing and humanitarian aid procurement requires the service of E-Commerce manager. You are to assist to implement  strategies to  maximize commercial performance while offering a seamless online customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.

    Job Responsibility

    •  The E- commerce Manager will develop and implement strategies for the design and management of the company’s online platform(s) and other marketplaces in order to meet sales revenue goals:

    • Strategic Leadership

    • Revenue Generation

    • Data and Market Analysis

    • Online Platforms Experience and Management

    • Leadership and People Management

    Qualification /requirements

    • HND / B.Sc/ MBA or Master’s degree. in Business Management, Operations, Marketing Management, Information Systems, or any related field.

    • Certified Ecommerce Management Professional (CPD Accredited) or a similar e-commerce certification is an added advantage.

    • Diploma in Digital Marketing.

    • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.

    • Required Skills: Content Management, numerical and analytical with a commercial drive, communication, project management skills, Time management, exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities, digital marketing, search engine optimization, Microsoft office suite, financial analysis, data management, and research.

    Net Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 with other benefits

    Business Development Executive

    Our client, an integrated corporate entity providing educational and office supplies, branded product distribution, technology, garment manufacturing and humanitarian aid procurement requires the service of a Business development executive. 

    You are to assist to develop and sustain solid trustworthy relationships between major key accounts and organization and report directly to the Line manager.

    Job Responsibility

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sales-boosting, customer-attracting, and customer retaining efforts.
    • Conduct periodic market scanning to identify and engage prospective clients.
    • Maintain a healthy lead generation pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
    • Provide timely response to customers’ requests for quotations and tenders.
    • Evaluate vendors and suppliers offers and negotiates profitable purchase prices.
    • Enlighten clients and customers on the company’s products and services.
    • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.

    Qualification/Requirements

    • HND/BSc in any relevant discipline is required
    • Between 1-5 years in a sales/business development/marketer in any FMCG/manufacturing/production company
    • Ability to meet targets, deadlines, and work under pressure.
    • Excellent customer service
    • Achievement of stock control targets
    • Skills: Ability to meet targets, deadlines and work under pressure; Excellent customer service skills.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of key marketing principles and practice; Sales and Marketing, Business Growth and Development; Customer Retention and Acquisition.

    Net Salary: N120,000 with other benefits
