Responsibilities
- To carry out mechanical routine and breakdown maintenance of all Gen-sets and auxiliaries.
- To carry out routine checks as per standard supervision route and checklist and take corrective actions.
- To carry out troubleshooting and root cause analysis and preventive action plans.
- Assist Mechanical maintenance task and ensure timely completion of work with high standard.
- Preparation of work reports and standard formats of measurement records.
- Analysis of measurement and vibration records and suggest corrective actions.
- Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling and implementation.

Requirement

Responsibilities
- 60MVA, 132/33KV switchyard erection/testing & commissioning.
- Erection /resting & commissioning of 132JV & 33KV indoor/outdoor switchgears like circuit breaker, disconnector, instrument transformers, surge arrestor, power transformer, earthing reactor, wave trap/LMU etc.
- HT cable laying, termination & HV testing. Design specifications of cables, indoor -outdoor switchgears, power transformers, earthing reactor etc.
- Erection of power transformers which includes installation of radiator, conservator, marshaling box, conservator & associated piping, bushing, OLTC & DM box, MOG/Bucholz/PRV /breather etc. Use of oil filtration machine & oil test kit like BDV test kit, DGA/PPM test kit.
- Installation 11KV & 33KV Indoor VCB Panels, protection & control relay panels, NGR panels etc. Wiring of these panels & configuration /testing of Protection relays.
- Read GA Drawing. Assembly drawing, schematic drawings, P & ID, Cable schedules & termination details, key erection diagram etc.
- Earthing, lightning protection, & illumination work of switchyard.
Requirement
- HND/B.Eng./B.Tech. in electrical engineer
- Minimum of 4 -6 years’ experience in 132/33 switchyard erection testing and commissioning.
- Candidate must be familiar with NERC grid code, NESISR guidelines and IEC standards.
